3. Term of Use

3.1 Cancellation Policy
Dot19 follows different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click management and other services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Dot19. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts
or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of Dot19 will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
 
3.2 Refund Policy
Dot19 follows different refund policy for its different services. Kindly refer to individual service agreements for more details on refund policy.

Dot19 does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. Dot19 does not offer any refund for the transaction charges or for any funds spent on search engines or for the services once delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Dot19 and refunding them causes any loss to Dot19.

3.3 Modification:
Dot19 reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.

4. Law
This Agreement shall be deemed to be govern, construed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any dispute or difference between the parties as to any matter arising out of or under this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration by the Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Managing Director of ZNet Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. The place of arbitration shall be at Jaipur and the arbitration proceedings shall be in English and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The Courts at Jaipur shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
